Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you have any questions about a product or are not happy with your purchase and wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Support team at support@paletteandstrokes.co.uk within 30 days from receiving your order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please provide the following information:
- Order Number: Please have your order number ready, as this will help us locate your purchase quickly.
- Reason for Return: Clearly state the reason for your return, whether it's due to a change of mind, incorrect item received, or any other issue.
Our team will review your return request and provide further instructions on how to send the item back to us. We aim to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund based on the following conditions:
- Undamaged Items: If the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition, you will receive a full refund, including the cost of shipping (if applicable).
- Damaged Items: If the product is damaged or defective due to our error, we will provide a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
If the product is damaged due to reasons beyond our control, such as improper handling or usage, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the cost of the damaged item.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective due to our error. In the case of a damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and exchange process.
Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange for the item of your choice (subject to availability). If there is a difference in price between the original and exchanged item, the customer will be required to cover the price difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will process a refund for the difference.
Smaller Paintings
For smaller paintings that do not require rolling, we ensure they are carefully packaged to maintain their condition during transit. These pieces are typically shipped flat to avoid any damage, and the return or exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
